Realise Futures Learning, Coaching and Advice has three vacancies within our team of Digital and Work Skills tutors delivering courses to adults across Suffolk. (Digital Skills Pool Tutors 2 positions and Work Skills Pool Tutor 1 position).

We are looking for two knowledgeable and passionate tutors with experience of delivering learning with computers and technology. Courses include using tablets and computers to access the internet and communicate online using email and video calls leading to the Essential Digital Skills Qualification at Entry Level 3 and Level 1.  More advanced courses include using Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Docs to achieve Level 1 and Level 2 unit qualifications in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations and more. These positions are initially available for courses in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds but for the right candidate there would be further opportunities to teach across Suffolk in the future.

We are also looking to expand our activity within our Work Skills provision and therefore we are seeking an experienced tutor with a working knowledge of at least one of the following sectors: childcare, hospitality & catering and/or counselling. These positions are available to deliver programmes from unaccredited engagement courses up to Level 2 vocational qualifications primarily in Ipswich and Stowmarket. Outreach delivery is the norm and a willingness to travel in order to deliver in partner venues is essential, so access to own transport is required, as are excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working in partnership and flexibility in the role.

A minimum level 3 teaching qualification and a subject qualification in the relevant area are essential.
