Job Vacancy: Learning Administrator (Learning in Families)

- £18,300 per annum
- 37 hours a week (full-time)
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to support our Learning in Families team. You will work closely with our senior tutor team and learning manager to ensure course information is coordinated efficiently and effectively. You will also work with teaching staff to support them with information and resources as well as ensuring that all course and learner documentation is audited and filed efficiently. You will take a proactive approach to organising your workload and take pride in your role.
The successful candidate will enjoy talking to colleagues and learners on the phone, have very strong Microsoft Excel skills, be confident in adapting and creating course promotional materials using Microsoft Word and Publisher and generally be confident using web sites and other types of technology.
