We are looking to recruit a RF Works Coach (Support Worker) for Poppy’s Pantry, one of six social businesses operating within Realise Futures. Realise Futures is more than a Social Enterprise – it’s about people. Our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.

Do you enjoy working in a team environment?

Do you have great communication skills that relate to differing levels of capacity/understanding?

No two days at Poppy’s are the same and if you are someone who can adapt your style and methods to meet individual need then we’d love to hear from you.

Full training and support will be provided. This role is subject to a DBS check. 

Please note that horticultural knowledge and experience is not essential to this role.
