Do you enjoy supporting others to achieve? Do you have great communication skills?

We are looking to recruit an RF Works Senior Coach (Support Worker) for our Nowton Park site in Bury St Edmunds, one of six social businesses operating within Realise Futures.

Realise Futures is more than a Social Enterprise – it’s about people. Our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.

A day at Nowton Park Nursery provides our wellbeing placements with purpose and opportunity to develop – if you are someone who can adapt your style and methods to meet individual need, then we’d love to hear from you. Due to the occasional requirement to drive company vehicles a full UK driving licence is desirable.

Please note that horticultural knowledge and experience is not essential to this role as full training and support will be provided.

It would be desirable if the applicant could sign using British Sign Language.

For an informal discussion regarding the role please contact Louise Janaszek on 01284 749030

Realise Futures is one of the largest social enterprises in the East of England, employing around 250 people, 40% of whom have a disability.
Our aim is to improve the social wellbeing of people, whilst contributing to the economy in our communities, with opportunities in learning and work. As a Community Interest Company we re-invest our profits back into the business.

Realise Futures is proud to be a mindful employer that offers a range of employee benefits including flexible working arrangements (where business needs allow), 25 days annual leave (in addition to recognised bank holidays) and an occupational pension scheme.

Realise Futures is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, young people and children, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We are an equal opportunities employer.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS check.

The successful applicant will be subject to Right to Work in the UK checks prior to employment.
