Job Vacancy: Learner Engagement Administrator

  • Hours available: 18.5 hours per week (between Mon-Fri 08.30am-16.30pm)
  • Location: Lowestoft Learning Centre

We are seeking to appoint a new Learner Engagement Administrator and are interested to hear from a candidate who will bring a flexible approach, with exceptional organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and an outgoing and friendly personality with a talent for customer service. You must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook and Office Professional.

The post holder will be primarily focused on gathering progression information from learners alongside providing support to colleagues in the maintenance of a service volunteer register. You will also perform a range of customer facing and general administrative duties to support the delivery of RFLCA Adult Learning services (19+). Your priority will be to provide a friendly and professional customer contact and support service through face-to-face, telephone and email communication in order to collect and collate information.
