We are seeking to appoint a Learning Engagement Administrator. We are interested to hear from a candidate who will bring a flexible approach, with exceptional organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, an outgoing and friendly personality with a talent for customer service. You must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook and Office Professional.
The post holder will be primarily focused on gathering progression information from learners alongside providing support to colleagues in the maintenance of a service volunteer register. You will also perform a range of customer facing and general administrative duties to support the delivery of RFLCA Adult Learning services (19+). Your priority will be to provide a friendly and professional customer contact and support service through face-to-face, telephone and email communication in order to collect and collate information.
You will be based at our Learning Centre in Lowestoft (NR32 1PA) and required on a part-time basis of 18.5 hours per week (Days of the week and times can be discussed at interview but will need to be between Mon-Fri and between 8.30am to 4.30pm.
