The Role

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of adults with disabilities and/or disadvantages?
We’re looking for a Deputy Manager for our Nowton Park Nursery social business. You’ll be leading a team in providing support and purposeful activity for adults with disabilities while helping to ensure the commercial success of the site.
With a focus on horticulture and fulfilment activities, the team at Nowton Park Nursery work with individuals to provide work experience, training, skills development and employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing leadership and direction to a team, with an understanding of working with adults with disabilities and supporting individual progression.

The role will give you the autonomy to find creative solutions to support the needs of colleagues, wellbeing colleagues and customers alike and to have a valuable input into the continual development of the business.
