Do you want to be in at the start of something amazing? You have a great opportunity to shape and develop our new social enterprise, Poppys Pantry, in Wymondham.  The wholefoods and household products shop, specialising in ethically sourced goods, is based on our award-winning store in Woodbridge and will also host a small café.

You will share our ethos that adults with disabilities are enabled to use their voice by choosing and regulating their own support towards independence and wellbeing, with employment as a realistic goal. You will be part of a team delivering collaborative, holistic and person-centred activities in a real work setting.

Your experience in developing trusted relationships with vulnerable adults that promotes choice and control will chime with us. You will have working knowledge of the Social Care sector as well as experience of engaging with statutory and referring agencies. You’ll also be working with the wider team of Realise Futures and be part of our RF Works Social Business department.
