Wellbeing in the workplace

We offer a comprehensive range of Wellbeing in the Workplace sessions including:

  • Confidence and Self Esteem
  • Expectation Management
  • Coping with Challenging Customers  

The main focus of the sessions is on stress management, self –help, and encouraging people to make small changes which can make a big difference.

We can offer input to team meetings, staff development workshops, informal drop-ins, lunchtime or after work “try out” sessions, and the opportunity to invite our stressbuster team on site for a day to offer one-to-one personalised advice, support and signposting to team members.
