We are looking to recruit an RF Works Senior Coach (Support Worker) for our Nowton Park site in Bury St Edmunds, one of six social businesses operating within Realise Futures. Realise Futures is more than a Social Enterprise – it’s about people. Our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled.
As an RF Works Senior Coach you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of RF Works Coaches and other employees involved in the wellbeing and commercial operations of Nowton Park Nursery.
A day at Nowton Park Nursery provides our team members with purpose and opportunity to develop – if you are someone who can adapt your style and methods to meet individual need then we’d love to hear from you. Due to the occasional requirement to drive company vehicles a full UK driving licence is desirable.
Please note that horticultural knowledge and experience is not essential to this role as full training and support will be provided.
