We are looking for people who possess the 4C’s – a Caring nature, Cooking and Customer Service experience, with a Creative flair!
You will be providing tailored, social, life and work-based skills to adults with learning disabilities that are associated with the day-to-day running of a social enterprise café, and small retail outlet.

We are looking for:
• 1 person for 37 hours a week – a reliable, organised, creative person, experienced in supporting others. We call this role a Senior Coach.
• 2 people for 3 days a week – reliable, organised person to support our wellbeing colleagues to develop their skills in our café and shop. We call this role a Coach.
• 1 person x 3 days a week Café Assistant. Providing great food, drinks and customer service
