Your Role:
We are looking for a Sales Ledger to join our friendly and dynamic team at Whitehouse Head Office in Ipswich.
You will be an organised team player with a positive outlook and a desire to help others with a keen attention to detail.
You will possess a minimum of level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English and have strong IT skills with the ability to use specialist Accounts systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
Ability to prioritise and schedule own workload to meet the demands of the business whilst maintaining set deadlines is also a must.
Your responsibilities:
The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude and will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels, including answering both internal and external email and telephone enquiries.
A knowledge and understanding of the key policies and processes employed across the company relating to a Sales Ledger role will be beneficial, but relevant training will be given.
Should you be successful in your interview, you will be subject to Right to Work in the UK checks prior to employment.This role is subject to a DBS check and will also require business use car insurance.
