Realise Futures has a vacancy within our team for Digital and Work Skills tutors. A minimum level 3 teaching qualification and a subject specific qualification in the relevant areas are essential.

We are looking for knowledgeable and passionate tutors with experience of teaching in health and care and/or counselling. The working base is flexible but outreach delivery is the norm and a willingness to travel in order to deliver in partner venues is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required in the role, as are a positive attitude to working in partnership and having flexibility in the role.

Supporting our learners to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life & work; this is most often through formal assessment to achieve qualifications but also on unaccredited courses using the RARPA process to ensure high quality provision is delivered.
