Job Vacancy: Autism Support Coordinator

Job Ref: 148-26

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Salary/Pro rata: £27,150 per annum
  • Hours Available: 25-37 hours per week
  • Location: Home-based with travel across Norfolk

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic adults? Do you have excellent organisational skills, experience working
within the disability or administration sector, and a commitment to person-centred support?

At Realise Futures, we’re more than a social enterprise. We create opportunities that enable people to realise their potential and live fulfilling lives.
We are looking for an Autism Support Coordinator to join our team delivering a short-term support service across Norfolk.

As the first point of contact for referrals, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating support for autistic adults, working closely with Norfolk County Council, community organisations, and our Autism Support Coaches. You’ll help ensure people receive timely, flexible, autism-affirming support that promotes independence and helps prevent the need for formal social care intervention.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong administration and coordination skills with a genuine understanding of the experiences and needs of autistic adults. You’ll be home-based, with regular travel throughout Norfolk to attend events, run co-production groups,
and occasional client visits with our autism coaches.

In return, Realise Futures offers a supportive working environment, flexible working opportunities, and a strong commitment to training, development, and career progression.

If you’re organised, proactive, and committed to empowering autistic adults to achieve their best hopes and aspirations, we’d love to hear from you.

“Start where you are, we’ll help you move forwards”
