Realise Futures has a vacancy within our team for a Digital and Work Skills Senior Tutor.
We are seeking knowledgeable, passionate and resilient professionals who are driven to motivate, support and inspire a case load of Tutors in delivering innovative and consistently high-quality learning and resources. A key aspect of the role is quality assurance so the ability to follow and lead on quality processes whilst demonstrating best practice is essential.
In this role, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the recruitment of learners and co-ordination of courses.
A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above and a subject specific qualification at Level 3 or above are essential as well as having attained, or willing to work towards, the achievement of the Assessors and Internal Verifiers Award.
The working base is flexible, but the ability to travel on a regular basis and having the flexibility to provide teaching cover where needed is expected.
