Realise Futures has a vacancy within our team for Digital and Work Skills tutors.
A minimum level 3 teaching qualification and a subject specific qualification in the relevant areas are essential.

We are looking for knowledgeable and passionate tutors with experience of teaching in any of the following areas;
digital skills from level 1, health and care, health and safety, food safety and business and administration.
The working base is flexible but outreach delivery is the norm and a willingness to travel in order to deliver in partner venues is essential.
Additionally, excellent communication skills are required in the role, as are a positive attitude to working in partnership and having flexibility in the role.

A key responsibility of this role is to support learners in developing the skills required for success in both life and work.
This is primarily achieved through formal assessment or by completing the RARPA process for non-accredited courses,
ensuring that high-quality provision is delivered consistently.
