Want to be part of a team delivering the Restart contract for Realise Futures?

A fantastic opportunity is available to deliver real and lasting change, working as an Employment Advisor with our team at a base in Ipswich as well as working across our other sites In Stowmarket and one based solely in Ipswich Both roles are for 37 hours per week.
You will be at the forefront of the scheme, delivering intensive and tailored support to help a diverse range of participants to achieve their professional and academic aspirations and ultimately to find fulfilling work and outcomes that offer satisfaction and longevity.
Working as part of friendly and supportive team, you will be an excellent communicator who is solution focused,
organised, highly motivated and an inspiration to your participants.
Our purpose is to support unemployed jobseekers (our participants) with identifying, applying for, and sustaining employment.
You will engage with employers and make the local communities aware of the benefits of our service.
Participant experience is integral to the success of our business and providing them with excellent service is at the very core
of the Employment Advisor role.
