We’re Hiring! Support Worker (RF Works Coach)
Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve their potential? An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Fulfilment team as a Support Worker (RF Works Coach).
In this rewarding role, you’ll support disabled and/or disadvantaged individuals who may face barriers to employment, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and thrive in a positive working environment.
You will:
• Support and coach individuals to learn, develop, and maintain new skills
• Encourage independence and confidence in the workplace
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment
You’ll bring:
• A genuine passion for working with people and supporting their development
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach

• An Enhanced DBS check
