We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wellbeing Team as a RF Works Coach (Support worker)
In this highly rewarding role, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities and/or additional barriers, helping them build confidence, develop practical skills, and succeed in a supportive and inclusive working environment. As an RF Works Coach, you will play a key role in enabling individuals to grow, achieve independence, and thrive. You’ll work closely with people to support their personal and professional development in a positive, work-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and coach individuals to learn, develop, and maintain new skills
• Encourage independence, confidence, and self-belief in the workplace
• Promote inclusion and help create a positive and supportive environment
• Adapt your support to meet individual needs and abilities
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
