- Location/Base: Lowestoft (with travel across North Suffolk and the East Coast)

At Realise Futures, we’re looking for a dedicated Peer & IAG Practitioner to deliver walk-in Information, Advice and Guidance sessions and facilitate peer support groups as part of our Suffolk-wide contract. You’ll be based in Lowestoft, working across the region to empower individuals and help them thrive.

What you will be doing
• Holding drop-in meetings to support adults with learning disabilities /autism offering information, advice and guidance
• Organising and leading social peer groups for adults with learning disabilities / autism to engage in the community and have fun.
What We’re Looking For
• A creative, flexible, and dynamic practitioner with experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism.
• Someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively across communities.
• A confident communicator who can deliver impactful guidance and foster peer-led support.
Additional Information
• This role requires business travel and is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
