Realise Futures are looking for an Employment Advisor based in Chelmsford and covering surrounding areas. The post holder will be working as part of the Essex Supported Employment Services team, supporting people who have learning difficulties and disabilities into employment.
The role will be to support participants to develop their potential, achieve their ambitions and find the right job for them by providing individually tailored employment support. To us, your attitude and personality matter as much as what’s on your CV as we are looking for initiative, creativity, energy and determination.
We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process, or on commencement of post. This position requires countywide travel and therefore access to a vehicle is essential. The ability to work flexible hours may also be required.
