  • Location: Based at Cromwell Court, covering Ipswich & surrounding areas. Business travel required.

Want to be part of a team delivering the Restart contract for Realise Futures? We are looking to recruit two Employment Advisors to join our current team in Ipswich.
You will be delivering the Restart Scheme, an intensive and tailored support to help unemployed people find work.
Working in a team environment, you are ambitious for yourself as well as those you support, and an excellent communicator who is solution focused, organised, motivational and inspiring.

The main purpose of the role is to support unemployed jobseekers (our participants) with finding and sustaining employment, engage with employers and make local communities aware of the benefits of our service. Our participants experience with us is integral to the success of our business and providing them with an excellent service is at the very core of the Employment Advisor role.
